Pop up security box

My internet explorer version 6.0 does not allow me to
access sites that require pop up security boxes which
require usernames and passwords? Any ideas on how I can
fix this?

I'm not sure whether this will help but go to Tools,
Internet Options, Privacy, Advancedand see what are the
current settings. Tinker around with them and see if the
problem is resolved.
