pop up picture

I have a list of items on my website and I need to link to a picture for each
one. I would like for the picture to pop up when the link is clicked instead
of going to a page and having to go back. I can't find any property to make
it a pop up. Can someone help? I hope so and thank you in advance.

HTML itself won't exactly do this for you, you have to use a JavaScript to
open a new browser window instead. With JavaScript, you can set more
parameters about how the new browser window will appear, such as no
scrollbars, a specific size, with or without the button bar, etc.. Check out
this great script over at dynamcidrive.com for creating a popup window
