Pictures

I have noticed that many websites are using something for pictures to be
posted.

When you click on the picture it pop up into a window with a next or
pervious button on each side of the picture.

Does anyone know what program is used to make this work.

A Photogallery application. Some applications use server side coding (asp,
asp.NET, php etc.), some use JavaScript in the browser.
Google for photogallery and you will get hundreds of hits.
jalbum (http://jalbum.net) may be able to produce what you want.

For best results, do NOT use the Photogallery in FrontPage 2002/2003).
