pop-up message in XP

Does anyone know of a way to create a pop-up message that would come up at
regular intervals in XP, I do not want to use Outlook.

Hi Sylvie,

A great free program I use is called stickies, allows post it style notes on
your desktop and you can set them up to pop at certain times by setting the
reoccureence settings, its free and available from the following website.
