pop up during start

when i start my computer i get a pop up that reads your
commputer couldn't open file TFTP1368 which is a common
startup file . it says that it needs to know what program
created it can you please help this novice commputer
user?? i have tried everything and nothing seems to work.

This is symptomatic of infection by the msblaster worm. Take the
infected machine off the Internet and any networks and then go to
www.sarc.com on a different machine and read all about it. Then clean
up your infected machine.
