Pop-up date hidden behind taskbar

Can't say I recall this quirk before... Usually, if I hover my mouse
over the time tray icon, bottom right of screen, the date pops up. But
now it's almost completely hidden by my taskbar.

Maybe it will clear up on next reboot, but I'm curious to know if
anyone else had similar behaviour.

A well known issue with the O/S that has been around since day one. Until
Bill complains about it, it won't get fixed. I guess it's too insignificant.
