pop up blockers

I was wanting to play Bridge on Yahoo, and read that I may have to turn off
my "pop-up blockers"...? What are they and how do you do igt>... Thanks

The bridge game, like many of the games there are Java windows. They
will look like pop-ups to your browser.

It depends on which browser you use.

- With Firefox, click Tools, Options, Content, Allowed Sites, enter the
name of the site, possibly yahoo.com or games.yahoo.com

- With IE6, click Tools, Pop-up Blocker, Pop-up Blocker Settings, enter
the name of the site, possibly yahoo.com or games.yahoo.com
