pop and junk email filter

i just installed outlook 2003 on a new computer. I have several pop accounts
and i am got getting any filtering. I have it set on low...this worked fine
on my old computer. all settings are the same. any ideas?
 
Have you updated the filter with the latest release from the OfficeUpdate
site?

Also, on your old machine did you have any blocked addresses/domains that
you don't have on the new machine?
