Polling

I have a sharepoint template that does not included polling. It is hosted on
a sharepoint site with frontpage extensions. I have frontpage 2003. For
someone with no programming skills, could this be created? Does something
exist within FP 2003 to enable this? Please advise.

If by "sharepoint" you mean Windows SharePoint Services, you should use the
Survey features built into WSS. Just display the Create page, find the Survey
section,. click Survey, and follow the bouncing ball.

Regrettably, the webhost does not presently support WSS. Until then I was
hoping to create a polling part. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Do a search for ASP.net polling / survey scripts.
