poledit for XP?

the million $ question: Does it actually exist.
if so, ild appreciate information on installation.
many a fruitless hour have i scoured the net in search of
information on this. :(
 
Instead of Poledit for XP, you use GPEDIT.MSC (Group Policy Editor)
