From time to time (and getting more frequent) my mouse
pointer will jump from whatever it's on down to the
toolbar at the bottom. It's very annoying and I can't
seem to find out how to stop it. I'm using the Microsoft
wireless mouse. I've changed the batteries, gone into the
mouse section through the control panel. Under pointer
options, I have the following items selected: Enhance
pointer precision, automatically move pointer to default
button in a dialogue box and hide pointer while typing.
I've always had these three checked and had not problems.
