Pocket Excel and Compact Framework

Hello,
Is there any way to create an Excel file without a third-part dll (like
tmssoftware) in CF 2.0. I have read a lot about this but i can´t find a
solution. Any idea?

No. Pocket Excel has no automation model. If it did, there wouldn't be any
third-party solutions.
