Speech-API for Compact Framework?

i am looking to a Speech-API for Compact Framework, anything idea about a
download-URL or solution?

I'll just mention that, although the SAPI sounds good, there are actually
few, if any, voices or recognizers available for it, so, although you can
write a program for the API, it doesn't do anything. I hope there's been a
release of at least some sample voices or something, but I have not seen
such.
