Speech Recognition on Window Mobile 5 or 6

Windows Mobile 6 is now out. So has the ability to code a .NET
compact framework application with Speech command Recognition
improved?

At last check everyone was having to go to 3rd parties for engines.
Is that still the case? And if so please suggest some good developer
engines (not end user engines).

Nothing has changed regarding speech development. Some OEMs may include
Voice Command with WM6 but the licensing situation still forbid using the
speech engine programatically.
