Statistical Question about Compact Framework

I was wondering if there were any statistics out there that cover how
many devices out there use .Net Compact Framework 3.5 vs. 2.0, and how
many use Windows Mobile 5 vs. 6?

I'm developing a new version of my software and I want to see if it's
even worth keeping a version that is CF 2.0 and/or WinMo 5 compatible.

What is everyone's thoughts here?
