THE RED DOGG

I get this error message everytime I load up my computer
and I do not know what it is

PMClient
Run-time error '10050':
Network subsystem failed

I would like to get rid of it or fix it but I do not know
what it goes to. Can you help me out?
 
No clue what the PMClient is, search your hard drive. Find the EXE and get
the file properties ...
