Plz help: How to connect broadband from command prompt

Can anybody tell me how to connect broadband connection typing command in command prompt. I bsnl dataone broadband connection, wich connect through adsl modem. I have tried with rasphone but i dont know the actual command or what parameter to use.
Plz somebody help me
