plz help big problem urgent windows does not load

i have a big problem my windows loops in the following three screens continousl
1. loading your personal setting
2. logging of
3. saving your personal setting
then again 1
i tried booting using f8 in all possible modes but the same problem remain
all my applications r there n i dont want t reinstall all of them plz help me ou

Yes my comp starting do this before is there anyway you can fix it, without reinstalling, or is there an update that covers this when you do reinstall windows
 
I have recieved an unknown system shut down, if you don not know the cause of this than choose the start windows with the last known settings. Do this and windows starts to load and the screen goes black and the mouse and keyboard turn off. Tried everything I can think of. Finally had to boot windows from slave hard drive. Do not know what to do.
