I have a few USB devices attached to my TD's. I install
the necessary drivers after FBA during config.
Everything goes ok, until I unplug certain USB devices.
If I reinsert them into a different USB port, the
hardware wizard will come up, and the driver install
fails. The only way to fix it is to re-ghost the
machine. Any ideas???

Try to run FBA without USB devices present.
After you successfully boot for the first time. Connect some USB device for
the first time and see what will happen.


If you manually created component for your USB device.
Try disabling your components and copy inf sys, dll files manually to image
after the build in TD. If this helps then you can create copy only
component.
