plug-in for Explorer V.6.0

My Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in is not recognized
although the app. is installed on my system. How do I get
Explorer to recognize this plug-in.

Opening Adobe Acrobat documents (.pdf) in Internet Explorer and Netscape:

You can open Adobe Acrobat documents in the browser (both IE and Netscape)
if you have either Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat AND you already
enabled Web browser integration. To enable the browser integration, follow
these steps:

1. Open your Adobe Acrobat reader.

2. From the menu, choose: File > Preferences > General...

3. Check the check box "Web browser integration"

4. Click OK.

Uninstall Acrobat Reader and reinstall from the Adobe Web site.
