This is the msj that appears (with blue sreen) when i left my pc with no
activity (e.g. nightime )
STOP 0x000000b8
A wait operation, attach process, or yield was attempted from a DPC routine.
This is my configuration:
mother asrock, amd 2000+, 128 mb ram, 40gb hd 7200, geforce 4.
win2000 SP4 in spanish with the lastest Microsoft updates.
Always connected to teh internet with adsl.
The only programms running at the same time are winpoet v 6.6, zone alarm
pro, and emule 0.43b.
As I said, the error came up when i left the pc with out any other
aplication running, but the mencioned above.
I instaled and re instaled everything several times, and i have all the
power savings settings turned off. there are no program schedule to do
anything at nigth or something like that.
Microsoft answer's for this message is useless to me, because it made
reference to a register key (clusnet) that doesn't exist in my register. They
also say that SP4 would correct this problem, but I have it, so....
No blaster or sasser infection.
No zip drive connected.
No clusnet key in the registry.
Previus to the win2000 i had installed Win ME, with the same version of
winpoet, zone alarm and emule, and I never had a problem.
Pls help me, cos' this problem is really bad to me, and it seems that
anybody knows how to fix it.
