Pls help!! New Contact from Excel List

How can you create new contacts from an Excel List of names and ph #. I have
over 500 names and ph #'s that I need to make new contacts in Outlook. Can
this be done without code? Can it be done at all? any help will be greatly
appreciated. I have Outlook 2002. Thank you.
 
Save the Excel file as a CSV file. Then do a File -> Import from Outlook and
follow each steps, including field mapping
