Pls. help: Domain Naming Operations Master ERROR...

After read MSDN July 2003 Edition, I try to perform administrative
maintenance tasks to my domain controller.
So far, my windows-based network working normally until now. But when I
opened Active Directory Domains and Trust Console and select Operations
Master, it surprised me. There's an ERROR in Domain naming operations master
textbox. BTW my networks still OK.
How can I resolve this problem.?

1. PDC --> DOMSVR (192.168.66.140/24 DG: 192.168.66.73)
2. BDC --> SBYDOM234 (192.168.66.234/24 DG: 192.168.66.73)

You need to include the error that you get when you try to select Operation
Master in Active Directory DOmains and Trusts. Also run C:\netdom query
fsmo. You will have to install the support tools from the w2k3 install media
under c:\support\tools
If the fsmo is not available you may have to seize the role.
