Plextor Sata DVD drivers

I am installing Vista x64 (trying to) onto a seconday harddrive on my system
(actually a second partition on the second harddrive). My main is 2x Raptors
in RAID 0, my secondary is a WD 250GB sata drive. My bootable optical drive
is a Plextor Sata DVD-RW the 712SA. All are attached to the same SATA
controller on the motherboard (ASUS A8N-E). Whenever I try and start the
install it tells me that I don't have the drivers for the CD/DVD ROM. Is
there anyway around this, or does anyone know of someone that has the
drivers, Plextor has no mention of vista on their site and I haven't found
anything about it online.

I had this since beta1...rc2 and complained here without any sucess,
even reporting a fault report to MS! Just nada

Try to use a different DVD drive and may it will work for you as it
did for:

- LG 4167B & latest firmware
- X64
- Amd 3800 X2
- Asus a8n-sli and lastest bios

or stay longer at the beach
