Not much in the newsgroups about this. Seems to be people with
laptops, which was my case, and here's what worked for me...

1. Disabled wireless NIC.
2. Renamed PC.
3. Removed from domain
4. Power off the laptop.
5. Delete computer account in AD
6. Delete DHCP lease
7. Restart laptop & rejoined the domain.

Never re-enabled the wireless NIC since the user never uses it. I
think the wireless NIC causes some issues while building the domain
list, but that's just a guess. Only removing & rejoining the domain
didn't help.
