hi everybody i have a simple question. My OS is windows xp
home edition but it is in dutch. Is there a way to change
the language of the entire OS in english?

The way is to buy an English version of XP and do a re-install.
Microsoft does not provide multi-language versions.

This cannot be done with a consumer license of XP. The only options you have
are the ability to read and input foreign language text. You will need to
purchase the English version of XP.

Unfortunately you will have to purchase a separate copy an English version of XP.
