Please some help...

I have windows xp home I tried to install cakewalk pro audio 9 installation
started then asked me to restart my pc I did after that asked me about
serial so it seems I have somthing wrong with serial so I canceld setup. The
problem now is everytime I turn on my pc the installation start nd I tried
to find it out in the control panel to delete it it is not there so please I
need some help to fix this problem I need to delete this setup.

go into safe mode and you can fix the problem.

First, see if you can unistall via add/remove.

If not, then simply find the program files folder and delete it.

Then before you exit setup remove the start up that would engage in normal
mode, by going to start, run and type msconfig. Go to startup tab and you
will likely find somethng related to that program.

While in there you may see other lines that you are famaliar with and don't
want or need them to startup by themselves. If so, disable away. Messenger
can be disabled, anything related to registration and or updating should be
disable as well. Later and while in normal mode, you can enable any of them
again. Or sometimes they will get enabled again by themselves when you use
the parent software via desktop.....

Disable it and reboot to nromal mode and be a happy windows user again.....
