Before creating a thread in this support forum, please follow these general guidelines...
1. Search the forums for information regarding your problem before posting, it may be that someone else has run into it before.
2. Make a note of important system information such as your operating system and any pertinent hardware specifications.
3. When posting a problem, please make it clear what the problem regards in the title, for example, "Internet Explorer Crashes" not "help!!!!!!!!!!!".
4. Post as many specifics about the problem as you can, such as error messages and codes.
Above all though, please remember that this is a public site, people that help you don't get paid for doing so, so please be patient and help them as much as you can.
