Please open HTML email before printing

I am running Windows xp with office 2003. When I try to print multiple emails
from Outlook 2003 I receive the message: Please open HTML email before
printing. I don't recall having to do that in Outlook 2000. Is there any way
around this? Thanks

Hi all,

I've the same problem with one of my user. SP1 has been installed and all
the other office updates too but it didn't fix that issue. I was obliged to
force the reading in text brut in order to get it working but it's no very
good as a lot of emails have their layout changed..
Any ideas Diane or somebody else?

thanks in advance,
Frédéric MARTIN

Assuming the subject line says it all, as here in the msnews.microsoft.com
newsgroups we don't have a single page of past posts to review (this means
we have no idea what the original message said unless the poster includes
it)... there are 3rd party print utilities that might work - see mapilab.com
or sperrysoftware.com for two - rsoutlook.com might have one too.

If you need more assistance, please include the original post or use a real
newsreader (such as Outlook Express or one of the many others available) and
connect directly to msnews.microsoft.com (it's free). If you prefer
web-based access, visit
