Hi Exactly the problem I have. Someone sent me this reply
with URL'S, I haven't been able to try it yet as I don't
fully understand..not very up on the workings of
computers..can you figure it? if so and it works please
let me know

I have looked at your help "same as" but do not know what you have wrong. If it is spyware you have, download adAware and run it to remove the offending whatever.
