help with removing naupoint

OS: XP Pro SP2
I recently got naupoint instead of msn home page in IE. I don't know how I
got it, I have cable modem and limewire installed. I run spybot and ad-aware,
both found bunches of worms, deleted them but still this freaking naupoint
comes up. I did some research on the internet and found the following link
that looks promising http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/n/naupointbar.asp
Under it's manual removal instruction it says:

Unregister these DLLs with Regsvr32, then reboot:
systemroot+\downlo~1\naupoi~1.dll
systemroot+\downlo~1\naupointbar.dll

Remove these files (if present) with Windows Explorer:
systemroot+\downlo~1\naupoi~1.dll
systemroot+\downlo~1\naupointbar.dll

I don't know how to unregister and delete these DLLs and files.
Never messed with Regsvr32. and systemroot (dont' know how to browse to this
root)
Am I on right track or is there any safer way to remove this naupoint?

If you browse to the web site you mention in your email, you'll see that the
words Unregister and Remove are tagged as links (underlined). Just click on
each and follow the procedures.
Systemroot is your windows folder - just use [c:\windows\] or
[%systemroot%] - same thing if you did not change the letter and name of
your windows installation.

Another way is to Search and delete any instance of naupointbar.dll or
naupoi~.dll both in Registry (run regedit) and in folders.
