With DOM or HD if digit commit command and after down
the power supply, the commit command function perfectly,
but with CF this command function only if I Shutdown
system by Start menu --> shutdown. If I down power supply
the commit command doesn't function. It's normally or my
configuration isn't' correctly setting???????

I gave you answer on this same question in another thread.
What changed so you have created same thread again? Please respond there regarding what you use ram or disk overlay.

And this is expected behavior. RAM Overlay is stateless across reboot unless you gracefully shutdown.
You might have used disk overlay before.
