Please help

I posted ealier about this problem. I am using Windows XP Media Center and I
am trying to install an older version of FrontPage (2000). It is on a disk
with Office 2000. This computer does have Microsoft Office (2003). I want
FrontPage to update my web site, and can not get it to install from the disk.
The install stops (stalls) about half way through, then I get this error
message about 30 minutes later:
Error 1305. Error reading from file: C\WINDOWS\Fonts\HATTEN.TTF.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
It also has the Retry and Cancel buttons.

Can I install just FrontPage? I have tried installing all the products on
the disk, with the same result. Also, even though Office 2003 is installed
on here, it was a trial version that has expired. I use Microsoft Works
instead. Please tell me how to install FrontPage, if it can be done. Thanks
for any help.

You need to install office application in the order they were released. Office/FP2000 prior to
installing Office/FP2003, etc. Uninstall Office 2003, reboot then try.

Thanks Stefan. But this isn't the message that I'm getting. It does say Error
1305, but the page you sent me to lists Office 2003. I'm trying to get Office
2000 to install, more specifially, FrontPage 2000.

I followed Thomas' instructions (previous post) and uninstalled Office 2003,
restarted and tried again to install 2000 from the CD. It still will not
install and is giving me the same error message, which is this:

Error 1305. Error reading from file: C\WINDOWS\Fonts\HATTEN.TTF.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

What now?? I've seen other help pages like the one you sent me to that said
to search and find the font file, change the name of the Hatten, and all
that, but still, those pages are about installing/uninstalling something
else. So I'm afraid to do something un-necessary. Please help further if you
can.

Doesn't matter what version of Office
- the error described are related to a bad CD so the cures are the same
