please help

im the administrator on my pc but i've forgotten my password i can get into
my sons accounts but its a limited account and so i cant alter my account at
all. Is there any way of getting back into my account, through one of my sons
limited accounts or some other way. help would be much appreciated

There's an account called "administrator" that is normally hidden. If you
didn't set and forget a password on that one, you can use it to get in.

If you have Pro, just do a ctrl-alt-del (twice I think, but maybe once) at
startup to get to the classic login, and type in Administrator as the user
name. Hopefully the password is blank.

If you've got Home, the administrator only works in Safe Mode. When you
start in safe mode the Administrator will be one of the choices.
