Please HELP!

A customers Network Administrator has set up minimal rights for a user's PC
(Win2k). I need to set up a 5250 emulator for the user and connect to our
network via VPN.

I had to upgrade the user's profile to Administrator to load 5250 program.
Program works fine is profile is set as administrator, but as soon as it is
downgraded to regular user, all settings for 5250 software are gone. I can
manually re insert them and the program works fine once again, but I cannot
save the settings.

Has anyone else experienced this with other programs? How was it resoved?
