PLEASE HELP!!!

Good Day,
I am currently running Windows 2000 Porfessional.
I have installed Norton Internet Security along with
Norton system Works 2003. I do not have it set this way
(I believe), but I do not get access to some sites
(ie.Paypal) using Internet Explorer 6. It displays:
This Page cannot be displayed.
My internet options in Internet Explorer are not set at a
level to restrict access. I know my problem is with the
Norton Internet Security, but what can I do stop it from
denying me access to sites? Please HELP! Thank you in
advance for your attention to this request.

Not the answer you want I am sure, but I would uninstall that package of
bloatware. A customer had a computer where Microsoft games (among other
issues) would not start. I un-installed Norton system works / internet
security and everything worked fine. This was a strong enough correlation
for me. Other than that, go through every menu you can find and put all
security settings to minimal. Then work your way back up until you find the
problem. If that doesn't work, I stand by my statement that the program is
buggy and unstable on certain machines for unidentifiable reasons. Also,
there are Symantec newsgroups you could try posting to.

Open Norton internet security and make sure that your FIREWALL is off, and activate Norton Protect'
