PLEASE HELP!

Please can anyone help me at all. I have created a database for a
assignment and now I am kind of stock. The data base i about
company who sell beers to puc now i have 3 main table delivery, beer
and pub. now i ahve forms for each and a main delivery form. Now th
delivery form requires you to put in the pub id beer id and qty an
it looks up the values and works the total out for you. Now the tota
i have done through expression builder (qty*price) easey peasewy. No
i need to store this total into the delivery database! I can't find
way to do it! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

Normally, you wouldn't store calculated data, just calculate it when you
need it. It would be more relevant to store the quantity and price. With
that information, you can see your historical pricing and the amount of
merchandise previously purchased by the customer. Since you have price and
quantity, you could then compute the total, just as you are now.

We don't seed answers. This is a newsgroup and it works best with the
give and take of the group.

If you want to impress your instructor, you will not store the data.
Normally you don't store results in Access, you compute them as needed and
display them on forms and reports. Among others reasons this way you will
still get the right answer if one of the numbers gets changed.
