Inventory project error in transaction

Greetings,
I currently working on an inventory management project, main focus is to
monitor my items movemet. I have used MS Access 2007
Inventory template.
The problem face is after removing and adding Items Qty in stock my In Stock
Qty is diffrent and does not match my transaction.

StartUp-AOF IMS (Start up form)
Inventory1 (Inventory items and transaction) Here is where i remove and add
Items Qty in stock my In Stock Qty is different and does not match my
transaction.

It is unlikely that anyone will download a stranger's database -- security
concerns, you understand. What you should do is describe the relevant
tables, queries, and forms, post the code or macro details that are
executed, and describe exactly what you do that leads to the undesirable
result.
