Hi Everyone. I am in a pickle here as usual and need your alls help please.
Can not get into my documents folder, every time i open it i get an error
message that i forward to Microsoft under the error reporting system as
follows:

application/driver is loaded during startup and may cause problems even if
you are not currently using DivXT Codec.

you reported. Below are a list of recommendations to take which may help

Error caused by DivX®: No specific solution found

i certainly don't remember downloading any new divx codec's recently and up
till today i was able to use both my documents folder and had no problems
with Microsoft media player 10 as i could view movies and so forth with no
issue. In fact windows media player still works. I also did a restore date
dating a week ago, thinking that might help but nothing. Also have went to
the control panel and removed all DivX codec's for now as i know i can
download them later, but i have not rebooted since that time for i wanted to
write you all first, for if somehow i have corrupted the documents folder i
have much valuable information in there and fear the risk of even rebooting
the machine at this point. I can surf the web with no problems, i send and
receive email ok. When attempting to open the document folder the first
error message says that windows is sorry internet explorer has experienced a
problem and must close. then is when i go to the error reporting page as
posted above.

Running a Gateway Intel processor 4.2 GHz , 1 gig of Ram, have update all my
antivirus every day, also full sweep of spyware weekly, nothing new is going
on, but boy am i stumped. No new programs added that i am aware of, no
spyware notifications, no viruses, please advise.

Much thanks in advance

Its me again , forgot to add i am running windows XP home edition,
SP2.Windows built in firewall turned off using Zone Alarm Pro instead. Some
of the software i am using which has never caused conflicts before (SP2 has
been installed approximately a month ago with no issues )are Webroot Spy
Sweeper,IM Secure Pro, EZ-Trust Antivirus, AVG 78.0 Pro Antivirus, Sophos
Antivirus, (before someone jumps on me lol) i realize i may be going against
the norm here by running so many anti-virus programs, but they all run fine
together are scheduled to run at different times anyway, and i have had on
occasions where one would run a complete scan and pick up nothing and then
another one would find a virus, and it is usually not the same one twice, so
i have good luck using this system. Also run Spyware Blaster which is not a
spyware, maleware , pest cleaner but just protects you against getting many
of them period.

If any anything i have left out please let me know as i need help with this.
Thanks again
