Please help with album art

For the life of me I'm having a problem that I've spent
hours and hours on to no avail. When I run Windows Media
Player 9 to rip one of my CDs to my hard drive, it copies
all of the tracks but occasionally will not copy over the
album art. I know that AMG has the album art and if I rip
the CD on another of my machines it will get the album art
but for some reason Windows Media Player is NOT picking up
the album art when ripping a CD. Even if I click on find
music it shows the tracks and the art but the actual art
is not coming through on the rip. Does anyone have any
possible idea what is going on here?
