please help.....(Shared Folder)

Dear all,

I had created a shared folder in one of the Win2K Server
(Domain Member), I able manually to copy or upload data
files to this shared folder, but once I opened one of
the .doc or .xls data files and make some changes on it,
when I 'm going to "Save" that files the system prompt me
that "Documents Not Saved". I'd tried some of other
workstations (Win98SE/Win2K Pro) but also having the same
problem. So at the moment users need to save their files
that retrived from the Server into their local HDD first
before manually copy or upload it to the above mentioned
Shared folder.

Please guide me how to solve this problem.
