Please Help. Presentaion tomorrow!!!!

Hi,

I am doing a power point presentaion tomoroow. And when watching the Slide
Show between each slide a white background appears before the next slide
appears. SO please please someone help how can the transitions become quicker
with no background between them!

Windows or Mac? Version of the OS? Version of PowerPoint? What is on the
slides?
