PLEASE HELP -- PLEASE - shared boarders on index page

Hi all - I am relatively new to FP and have been adding new content to my pages in FP and notice now that the index page has none of my original speil on it and the original link bars and top banner have tiled all over and down the page -- What have I done and how can I restore or get only one link bar to the side - one at the top.. as is on the server.. www.cavesslsc.co

PLEASE help I am desperate and have spent two solid days trying to rectify... feel free to email me directly if you could possibly assist - I would be forever greatful. (e-mail address removed)

If what's on your server is up to date and is correct, the easiest thing to do would probably be to open the live site (File / Open Web / http://www.cavesslsc.com) and then publish it back to your local Hard Drive
