Please Help! Photo Printing Wizard Acting Strange

When I select photos to print using the Photo Printing
Wizard, the wizard allows me to see the photos I plan to
send to the printer; however, the wizard's "layout"
options are missing. The window that usually displays the
different size and type of photos I can print (layouts)
is completely blank eventhough I've already selected them.

Out of curiosity I press "print" and I receive the
message that my photos have successfully printed, but
none of the photos print.

Is there a way I can repair/reinstall the Photo Printing
Wizard? Or, do I need to reinstall Windows XP Pro
alltogether?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
