Please Help Me

OnHow do I tell if SP2 is installed? I cannot find it but things have
happened to my system.. I now do not have a DVD/DVDRW. I cannot go to
Windows update. My Norton Antiviurs does not work. I am just sick...Please
Help ME!!!!!!
 
Right click My Computer..properties. If you have SP2 installed it will
say so.
