please help me with this issue, its making me nuts!!

PLEASE HELP..I HAVE WINDOWS XP, I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR
AND THERE ARE 2 USER ACCOUNTS AS WELL, MINE IS FINE, BUT
EACH TIME THE OTHERS ARE OPENED, THERE IS A POP UP
MESSAGE THAT READS AS FOLLOWS..(THIS IS EXACTLY AS IT
READS WITH THE EXACT SPACES AND ALL)

I HAVE DONES SEARCHES UPON SEARCHES, SCANS, ETC...I
CANNOT FIND ANYTHING NAMED THIS IN MY COMPUTER OR ON THE
INTERNET..ITS MAKING ME NUTS. I HAVE EVEN CHANGED THE
OTHER ACCOUNTS TO ADMINISTRATORS AND RAN SCANS, ADAWARE,
SPYBOT...I REALLY HAVE TRIED ALOT OF THINGS WITH NO

To deal with issues caused by any sort of "adware" and/or
"spyware,"such as Gator, Comet Cursors, Smiley Central, Xupiter,
Bonzai Buddy, or KaZaA, and their remnants, that you've deliberately
(but without understanding the consequences) installed, two products
that are quite effective (at finding and removing this type of
scumware) are Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search &
Destroy from www.safer-networking.org/. Both have free versions.
It's even possible to use SpyBot Search & Destroy to "immunize" your
system against most future intrusions. I use both and generally
perform manual scans every week or so to clean out cookies, etc.

Additionally, manual removal instructions for the most common
varieties of scumware are available here:

I have done this already, i have both spy bot and

adaware, i only post if i have exhausted all other
options, and i have since tracked it to a program
file "csrss.exe", a microsoft windows application, which
i read shouldnt be removed, besides, it doesnt give me
the access to remove it anyway.
