PLEASE HELP ME! Unwanted bars, pop-up windows

Ladies and Gentlemen:

1.- Under the address bar and links bar in my Internet
Explorer, two NEW bars are showing up lately, with links
to porn sites, etc. How can I eliminate said new bars?

2.- While using IE, I may be on, v.gr., cnn.com and when
I try to switch to any other site, a second IE full
screen window pops-up with undesired material. How can I
get eliminate this?

Have you tried running AD-Ware to remove any unwanted

1) Spybot (removes ad-ware, spyware, & mal-ware)

3) NEVER - EVER go to a porn site, or click inside of
