Please help-losing the will to live - corrupt acount

I keep getting this message every time I try to log on.
Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible causes of this
error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile. If
this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

It also tells me that my account IS corrupt and to contact the administrator.

There are two administrators (me and another) but obviously I am now on a
guest account. I need to access my personl files but just can't see how I can
rectify the problem of a corrupt account.

I am useless with this stuff please help!!!!!
