PLEASE HELP!! Installation OUTLOOK 2000

Hello! I am so desperate! I have tried repeatedly to
reinstall and repair OUTLOOK 2000 so many times with NO
luck! The other programs in office are fine - but Outlook
will not open when clicked on. I have an Ipaq and it is
VITAL that I have Outlook - any help would be much
appreciated!

If you installed Outlook as part of Office 2000:

OFF2000: Utility to Completely Remove Remaining
