Please Help! I permanantly blocked cookies that I didn't want to!

I have my security settings set so that it asks me if I
want to block cookies or not. There is an option that
says "Apply my decision to all cookies from this web
site". I accidentally checked the box by that option and
clicked "Block Cookie" when I meant to click "Allow
Cookie". I need to enable the cookies for that web site in
order to get in. How do I not block the cookies anymore
for that web site???

How about Control Panel>IE Options>Privacy tab>edit>scroll to
site>Right-Click select>Allow>OK>OK out.
